Cancellation Policy

🌿 THE BODY NURSERY – POLICIES & PROCEDURES NO REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service, package, class, or treatment is purchased. Refunds will only be considered if The Body Nursery owner is unable to render the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances. ⸻ RETAINER / DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable retainer fee is required for all services, classes, and packages to secure your appointment. • Retainers are applied toward your service. • Retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in fees being applied or forfeiture of the retainer. • No-shows will result in full loss of retainer and appointment. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
