Service Description

Using red light and near-infrared (NIR) therapy in your sauna can support the body’s natural detox and recovery processes, including the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system helps remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the body. Unlike the circulatory system, it relies on movement and stimulation to function efficiently. Potential Benefits of Sauna + Red Light for Lymphatic Drainage: Encourages circulation and gentle lymphatic flow Helps reduce fluid retention and puffiness Supports detoxification through sweating May reduce inflammation and promote recovery Can assist in muscle relaxation and overall wellness For best results, use red light/NIR for 15–20 minutes during your sauna session, and consider light movement or dry brushing outside the sauna to further support lymphatic flow. Age Guidelines & Temperature Recommendations Under 12 years old: Not recommended unless approved by a healthcare provider. 🌿 THE BODY NURSERY – POLICIES & PROCEDURES NO REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service, package, class, or treatment is purchased. Refunds will only be considered if The Body Nursery owner is unable to render the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances. ⸻ RETAINER / DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable retainer fee is required for all services, classes, and packages to secure your appointment. • Retainers are applied toward your service. • Retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in fees being applied or forfeiture of the retainer. • No-shows will result in full loss of retainer and appointment. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
