SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Beauty4U Contouring & Wellness. Your products will be shipped from our office within three days of ordering for all in-stock items. Items available for pre-order ship based on the provided timeline. You will receive a shipping notification and order tracking for all orders shipped by a shipping service. For local courier service, you will receive electronic communication via push notification/text that your order is in route or delivered.

Once your order is with the shipping service we no longer have control over any delays in shipping and any inquiry needs to be directed to the shipping provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges of products that are damaged due to manufacturer's defect. We do not accept returns unless the product qualifies for an exchange. Prior to submitting a return please contact customer support via email so that we can be on the lookout for the package. Please notify us once it has been shipped and provide any relevant tracking information.
